93 The new Air France ticket office concept arrives in Nice Air France has just introduced its brand new downtown ticket office concept in Nice. With a new design, virtual reality experience, a new organization of space and a “boutique” feel, the new Air France ticket office puts the customer at the heart of an immersive experience in the company’s brand universe. Redesigned spaces to promote the caring attitude The new Air France ticket offices have completely redesigned areas aswell as a new functional and thematic organization: a chic, face-to-face sales area and a modular and comfortable alcove sales area; a “Design by Air France” area placing the brand universe at the heart of the travel experience, where unique Air France products and accessories such as comfort kits, suitcases, travel bags, passport holders and baggage tags are available for purchase; a “Travel by Air France” area where projections and contents of the company’s digital travel guide will give the customer the feeling of having already arrived at their destination; A balance between digital services and human presence at the heart of the concept Several different services will enhance the quality of the customer experience in an original and innovating way: making online appointments via a dedicated app with an expert travel advisor; self-service desks with digital tablets; a virtual reality experience to discover the new travel cabins and destinations;personalized tips adapted to each customer’s profile and expectations. Since November 7, 2018, Air France is inviting the Palace of Versailles into its La Première lounge located in terminal 2E at Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Boxed orange trees, belonging to the Palace of Versailles botanical collection, are exceptionally on display in the e n t ra n c e t o t h e ve s t i bu l e o f t he Air France lounge surrounding a décor evoking the lush green ornamental patterns of French l a n d s c a p e d gardens. Customers can then enjoy a u n i q u e , re f i n e d culinary experience at lunch or teatime, i n s p i red by t h e Ducasse restaurant at the Palace of Versailles. For the occasion, all the dishes are e x c e p t i o n a l l y served on tableware from the Ancient Royal Manufacture o f L i m o g e s , i n i d e n t i c a l reproductions by Maison Bernardaud and also used at the Ducasse restaurant in the Palace of Versailles. Air France launches its new in-flightwi-fi offer On board its Wi-Fi equipped aircraft, Air France offers a new connectivity service, called Air France CONNECT. Customers can now access 3 Wi-Fi passes on their own devices (smartphone, tablet, computer): A free «Message» pass for all customers to send text messages from their favourite apps; Two fee-paying «Surf» and «Stream» passes to access the Internet on board all Air France flights.
